Assessor awards are suitable for those who wish to assess in Early Years Care and Education. You should be an experienced practitioner, and will need to be able to assess a candidate undertaking a relevant qualification for the children and young people's workforce.

Quality assurance qualifications are suitable for those who have experience of assessing in Early Years settings. It will enable you to be an internal verifier of relevant childcare related NVQs.

Candidates will need to have, or be working towards, literacy and numeracy skills at level 2. We can provide support to candidates who are trying to achieve these qualifications.

The courses can commence at any time and will take between 6 and 12 months. You will be allocated to an assessor and a mentor.
